| On the
Sunday afternoon of September 21, 2008, the Western Area of the ABC
Central Region held their annual assembly at Camp Christy, north of Scott
City, KS. Scott City is 280 miles north of Watonga. Pastor David &
Effie went to the annual meeting. WIBC decided to hold an early breakfast
service in the fellowship hall. This allowed David & Effie to get on the
road early. Quinton Roman Nose prepared a continental breakfast for
the congregation. There were 19 members present for the service. Below are
